Return and Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and accept your return request, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Once Moonraker has accepted your return request according to our return and refund policy, the return shipping cost will depend on the reason:
• If the return is due to a product defect or shipping error, Moonraker will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is accepted for other reasons (e.g., size or color exchange, or because it was not what you expected), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Items can only be returned if they have a manufacturing defect that affects their functionality or quality. To process a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, with complete packaging and accessories. Each request will be individually evaluated to verify the reported defect. If you have any doubts about your item’s eligibility for a return, we recommend contacting our customer service team.
Personalized products and gift cards are non-returnable. Sale or discounted items can be returned within the legal timeframe, as long as they meet the general return conditions.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the cancellation notification. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take a little longer to process and reflect the refund.
