RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return and Refund Policy


We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your request has been received and the return accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs


Once Moonraker has approved your return request in accordance with our return and refund policy, the cost of return shipping will depend on the reason:

If the return is due to a defect in the product or an error in the shipment, Moonraker will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is accepted for other reasons (e.g., size or color change, or simply because it’s not what you expected), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items


Items may only be returned if they have a manufacturing defect that affects their functionality or quality. To process a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with its full packaging and accessories. Each request will be evaluated individually to verify the reported defect. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, we recommend contacting our customer service team.


Returns will not be accepted for customized products or gift cards. Discounted or sale items may be returned within the legal return period, provided they meet the general return conditions.


Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the notification of withdrawal. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
